Courtyard Greenville

I love the way the lobby looked. It was beautifully decorated, very modern. The rooms were clean, and I liked the way they were set up. There is a separate door for the toilet, so you can still use the sink while someone else is using the facilities. I also liked the bistro in that you are able to have drinks and sit in the lobby and just relax. We have stayed at various hotels in the Greenville area because my husband family lives there, and by far, this is the best hotel to stay in, we will be staying here from now on. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

Very clean and close to the University. My daughter was having a White Coat Ceremony for her Audiology Graduate Program. I had flown in from out of town and needed to check in early for a 3pm Ceremony. I was driving from Raleigh and the Hotel knew I was needing a room to get ready so I could be at her ceremony on time. As soon as I arrived in Greenville they said to call and it was ready within 10 mins. It was very clean and quiet despite a huge baseball game going on that same weekend. The staff was very accommodating.

Cleanliness

BREAKFAST WAS OK- JUST MAKE SURE IF INCLUDED THE HOTEL FEE PRIOR TO CHECK IN-THE HOTEL IS AWARE SO YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED AN EXTRA FEE AS I WAS, THEN HAD TO REVISIT THE HOTEL TO HAVE MY BILL ADJUSTED. HOTEL AND LOCATION WAS GREAT! MET MY NEEDS. STAFF VERY FRIENDY AND PROFESSIONAL. WILLING TO MAKE MY STAY VERY COMFORTABLE. VERY QUIET HOTEL.

The staff at this hotel is super friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping does a great job meeting the needs of guests.
